RFQ Details

Hello, I need an injection form, two-piece cup that has threading for the cups to be screwed and unscrewed back together. This will be for a one-time-use, disposable product. This product will hold liquid in each cup.
The bottom container would need to hold 16 oz. The top would hold 5 oz. They would only need to be about 1.1895 mm thick for the surface area of the top cup.
The bottom cup, (larger cup) would be internally threaded with an o-ring set inside at the base of the threading. There would need to be a slight, tapering of the bottle from 1.1895mm thick as it begins to meet the o-ring and threading so the flow of liquid is not interrupted.
The top cup would be externally threaded. Additionally, there would need to be a small, thin lip/shelf, (.793 mm) that runs around the inside of the top cup just underneath where the threading ends that's on the outside. (This lip is indicated by the broken line, indicated in the drawing.) This liquid product will be filled in and then vacuum sealed and topped with a disposable foil top. (The liquid filling and foil top will be done in the United States.)
It can be made from GPPS, PP, LDPE, HDPE, ABS or HIPS transparent.
I have preliminary drawings available to send. I will get a better example later.
